The sinking-in chair
The baby finally falls asleep on his shoulder, and he sinks in without moving a muscle. Each side is a thick wooden wall with one round hole through it, and the arms stay low and wide.
Natural wood, workshop shaping, and a finish selected for everyday use give the piece a durable foundation for real routines. Care still matters, but the design is intended to remain part of the room rather than feel temporary.
