Every Timber Vintique design can be made in a size that is not on the page. Tell us the width, height or depth you need and we will tell you what it costs and how long it takes — before anything is built.

Usually the fastest way — tell us the size you need and we take it from there.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

    Open the chat and send the piece you like plus your measurements. A photo of the room or the doorway helps if space is tight.

  2. We confirm before you pay

    The workshop checks that the proportions work in solid wood, then confirms the price and the lead time. Nothing is charged until you agree.

  3. We build it for you

    Production takes about four weeks, then 4–7 business days in delivery. We send progress updates along the way.

Custom and personalised pieces are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, it is covered like every order. Please read the Return & Refund Policy
