Installment options

If an installment option is offered at checkout, its eligibility, schedule, and terms are provided by the payment provider before you confirm the order.

When payment is collected

Payment is collected when the order is placed so the order can move into confirmation and production. We confirm the order details and provide updates throughout fulfillment.

Returns and payment date

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment, not from the delivery date. Review the current Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and exclusions.

Your order confirmation is sent to the contact information provided at checkout. Contact us with the order number if you need help locating it or have a payment question.
