Installment options

If an installment option is offered at checkout, its eligibility, schedule, and terms are provided by the payment provider before you confirm the order.

When payment is collected

Payment is collected when the order is placed so the order can move into confirmation and production. We confirm the order details and provide updates throughout fulfillment.

Returns and delivery date

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The return window starts on the delivery date. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Review the current Return & Refund Policy for the complete conditions.

Your order confirmation is sent to the contact information provided at checkout. Contact us with the order number if you need help locating it or have a payment question.
