Which wood is used?

Every design is made from solid natural wood. Grain, tone and figure vary from board to board, so your piece will differ a little from the photos. Black, Oak, Brown and Walnut are finish colours, not wood types.

Can I request a different size?

Yes. Custom dimensions are available by request for every design. We review feasibility and confirm any changes to price or lead time before production.

How long does fulfillment take?

Each piece is made to order. Production takes about 4 weeks from payment, then delivery within the U.S. takes another 4 to 7 business days. We provide updates throughout the order process.

How experienced is the workshop team?

Our workshop includes artisans with 30 years of hands-on woodworking experience. This statement describes experience within the team, not every individual artisan.

What arrives with the product?

Requirements vary by product. Use the product page and order confirmation for the assembly, mounting, hardware, and included-item details that apply to your order.

How should I care for natural wood?

Follow the care guidance for the product and finish you order. Natural wood is not waterproof, so wipe spills promptly and do not leave standing liquid on the surface.

How do returns work?

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us before returning anything; we arrange approved return freight and repair, replace, or refund these items at no cost. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
