Cancellation Policy
Every Timber Vintique piece is made to order, so the moment we cut the wood is the moment an order can no longer be undone. This page explains when and how you can cancel.
Cancel free of charge within 48 hours of payment
You can cancel any order free of charge within 48 hours of payment, as long as the wood for your piece has not been cut. The 48 hours are counted from your payment to the time your cancellation email reaches us. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After cutting has started
Production begins shortly after the 48-hour window closes. Once cutting has started, the order can no longer be cancelled and follows our Return & Refund Policy instead. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.
Custom-size and personalized orders
The same 48-hour window applies to custom-size and personalized pieces. After cutting starts, a custom piece is being built for you alone and cannot be cancelled.
How to cancel
Email support@timbervintique.com with your order number and the words "Cancel my order." We confirm every cancellation in writing. Our support team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Refund timing
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of the cancellation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes another 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If we need to cancel
If we cannot build or deliver your order as described, for example because of an error in price or availability, we contact you before cancelling and refund any payment in full.
