Reporting a copyright or trademark concern
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@timbervintique.com with the subject line "Intellectual property notice" and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed.
- The exact page address (URL) where the material appears on our site.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
A person on our team reviews every notice. If we find that material infringes, we remove it or disable access to it and let you know. If we need more information to evaluate your notice, we will write back and ask.
If your material was removed by mistake
If you believe material was removed from our site in error, reply to our message with an explanation and any supporting documents, and we will review the decision.
