Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.

These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

Our makers follow the tree's own outline rather than forcing a circle, then sand and oil the surface by hand — a slab this wide only hangs flat because the wood was dried until the moisture meter said done.

Teak, up close.
Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight, even grain runs unbroken across the face, right out to the bark line — and when morning light rakes the wall, the figure stands up in low relief behind the hands.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils. We hand-rub more into the face and around the live edge, deepening the golden tone to a warm satin — the wall gets wood, the bedroom gets no chemical smell at all.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, kiln-dried for twenty slow days, the slab face stays flat on the wall from humid August through furnace-dry January — teak moves about half as much as oak to begin with.
Golden now, silver whenever
On a wall with hard afternoon sun, teak's surface drifts slowly toward silver-grey; on most bedroom walls it simply deepens toward amber. A light sanding and fresh oil bring the face back to gold anytime.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Slabs are chosen one at a time — by selectors with thirty years at the stacks — for a live edge with real character and grain that reads well behind hands. Plain stock stays behind.
The shaping process
The face is cut to size following the slab's natural contour, keeping the bark line intact rather than trimming it to a circle.
The hand refinement
Face and edge are sanded by hand through five grits until the surface is smooth and the live edge feels soft under a thumb, not sharp.
The final inspection
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The movement is fitted, the hands set against a reference clock on the workshop wall, and the piece run overnight before it ships.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

What is the clock face made from?
A single slab of solid wood, kiln-dried before cutting so it hangs flat season after season — no veneer ring, no printed grain. The dial reads as one continuous board because it is one. Hands and movement are fitted and tested at the workshop.
Will my clock's live edge match the photos?
No — and that is the point of a live edge. No two slabs share an outline, so your clock follows its own tree; the contour is the part nature signs. We hold the overall size and proportions to what you order, and the piece on your wall exists nowhere else.
What sizes can I order?
Diameters typically run 12 to 30 inches, and because each clock is made to order we can size the face to your wall — over a mantel, in a stairwell, above a desk. Tape the outline on the wall first; it settles the size question in thirty seconds.
How does it hang, and what powers it?
Each clock has a recessed keyhole hanger and ships with the correct anchor for drywall or masonry. One screw, level it, done — no cord to hide, no outlet to find. The movement runs about a year on a single AA battery.
Any care tips for a wooden clock?
Dust the face with a dry cloth and keep it off walls with direct afternoon sun, so the tone shifts evenly instead of one-sided. The movement is a standard replaceable part, swapped in minutes if it ever tires — the slab itself is the part built to outlast you.
How is a clock packaged?
Clocks are made to order and ship in rigid, foam-lined boxes with the hands protected by a spacer. Tracking arrives by email the day the box leaves the workshop; check the face on arrival and we make it right if the carrier was careless.
