These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
A carved teak leaf that gives the bedroom its stillness.
The leaf-inspired silhouette began as sketches — our designers adjusting each contour until the form held movement without restlessness. An artisan then selects a single teak panel with flowing grain, kiln-dried so it hangs flat for good, carves the curves by hand, and sands the ridges until light moves across them like water. Solid wood, not a printed relief.
A framed print fades and dates and ends up in a moving-sale box within a few years. This is carved teak with real depth and shadow, and it looks better at year ten than year one as the grain deepens in the light. It is the last thing you see at lights-out and the piece that moves house with you — the one already promised to a daughter, not the curb.
- Bare wall above the bed? It anchors above a headboard or dresser.
- More than a print? Real carved depth casts shadow no print can.
- Softens without clutter? Yes — nothing lands on the floor below.

Teak, up close.
Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight, even grain flows through the carved face — the calm figure collectors ask for by name. Run a hand across it and you feel the ridges the carver left, satin-smooth, never a flat laminate.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils, so the piece arrives smelling faintly of wood, with nothing to off-gas into a bedroom. We hand-rub more into the carved ridges and hollows, deepening the gold to a warm satin.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, with shrinkage about half that of oak, the carved panel hangs flat and true even as winter forced-air heat dries the bedroom — solid teak does not cup on the wall.
Golden now, silver whenever
Indoors the golden tone holds for years; if a sunny wall ever mutes it, a light sanding and fresh oil bring the carving's warmth back anytime. Keep it off a hard afternoon sun line and it shifts evenly.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Panels are chosen for flowing grain that will move with the leaf form, then kiln-dried twenty days so the wood hangs flat for life. Stock with twist, checks, or dull figure never makes the cut.
The shaping process
The leaf silhouette is traced from the master drawing, then cut slightly proud of the line, leaving material for the carving work.
The hand refinement
Each ridge and hollow is carved and sanded through successive grits until the contours read cleanly in raking light.
The final inspection
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker checks the hanging hardware, surfaces, and finish before it ships.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

Honest returns
30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.

Does wooden wall art need maintenance?
Dust with a soft dry brush or cloth, and keep it off a wall that takes hard afternoon sun so the tone shifts evenly over years. Nothing else is required year to year.
How does wall art ship?
Each piece is made to order and ships flat in a rigid, foam-lined carton with the hardware taped inside. Tracking is emailed to you once the carton ships.
Is it safe to hang above a bed?
Yes, hung correctly. The carving mounts on a French cleat or keyhole hardware fitted at the workshop, anchored into studs with the included fasteners — a secure, flush hold made for exactly this placement.
