These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

An exposed teak frame that reads as one continuous carved line.
The designers drew this sofa low and long, softening every edge so the frame reads as a single carved form rather than joined parts. Artisans build it from solid teak blocks matched for tone, shaped and sanded by hand, joined wood to wood with no staples driven into particleboard, then oiled to keep the wood's warmth against the tailored cushions.
A sofa gets touched more than any piece in the house — which is why the cheap one sags and gets hauled out every few years. This frame is the other choice: solid teak, dried twenty days in the kiln so it stays square through a decade of seasons. The cushions wear and get recovered; the frame is the part you keep, and end up defending on Sunday afternoons.

Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight, even grain runs the length of the rails and arms — the calm, consistent figure that made teak the wood collectors ask for by name. A hand slid along the arm feels one continuous surface where the joints blend, not a seam or a filler line.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils. We hand-rub more into the arms and frame faces, deepening the golden tone to a warm satin that never feels like plastic — and the room smells of wood on delivery day, not of the off-gassing haze a lacquered import brings.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, with some of the lowest shrinkage of any hardwood, the frame stays square and silent through every season of daily sitting — no loosened joint to re-tighten after the first winter of forced-air heat.
Golden now, silver whenever
Indoors the teak keeps its honey tone and slowly deepens; only outdoor sun and rain turn it silver-grey. Either way the change is surface-thin — a light sanding and fresh oil bring the frame back to gold whenever daily wear dulls the arms.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Teak blocks are pulled and matched by tone and grain across the frame, then kiln-dried twenty days. Stock with twist, checks, or dull figure never makes the cut.
The shaping process
The long rails and curved arms are traced from templates, then cut slightly proud — leaving material for the handwork that blends every joint.
The hand refinement
Arms, back, and rails are sanded through successive grits until the frame reads as one continuous surface under an open palm.
The final inspection
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker checks joints, level, and cushion fit before the sofa is signed out.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.

What is under the cushions?
Sofa frames in this collection are solid teak with joined corners — no staples into particleboard — under cushions cased in removable, washable covers. The frame is the part built for decades; the covers are the part you refresh.
Can I customize the size and fabric?
Yes. Frames are built to order, so length, depth, and arm style adjust to your room. Fabric options are sent as physical swatches before we begin the build, so the color you approve is the color that arrives — no screen guesswork.
What assembly and capacity should I expect?
This frame is built from solid teak blocks joined together, and it ships separated into sections to travel through narrow doors and stairwells safely. The sections bolt together with the included hardware — plan on two people and under an hour, no extra tools, no wordless diagram.
How do I maintain it?
Vacuum under cushions monthly, rotate them for even wear, and wash covers per their tag. The exposed wood frame wants only a dry cloth and a yearly wipe of oil — and any scuff spot-sands and re-oils at home, which a film finish cannot.
How is a sofa delivered?
Sofas are made to order and ship freight, bagged, blanket-wrapped, and crated. Photograph the crate before signing if it arrives crushed; we provide tracking and arrange a delivery appointment with you for every order.
