These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
A single teak branch, kept wild where it counts.
Each shelf begins as one natural teak branch, chosen for a reach and curve worth keeping. It spends twenty days in the kiln — slow heat that ends its moving and clears out any insect — then the artisan shapes only what must be shaped, leveling the shelving line and easing the ends, and rubs oil into the grain by hand.
A flat shelf looks lost on a narrow wall, and a printed-veneer one looks worse the closer you get. This is a whole limb doing two jobs — holding the small things and holding the eye — its curve unrepeatable because no branch grew twice. Unwrapped as a gift it stops the room, and it is still the piece the wall is arranged around years later.

Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight, even grain follows the branch from end to end — the calm, consistent figure that made teak the wood collectors ask for by name, warm under an entry light.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils. We hand-rub more along the shelf line and curves, deepening the golden tone to a warm satin that never feels like plastic under a passing hand.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, with some of the lowest shrinkage of any hardwood, the branch holds its shape and load through dry winters and humid summers alike.
Golden now, silver whenever
In hard sun the branch drifts toward silver-grey — a surface change only, paper-thin. A light sanding and fresh oil bring back the gold whenever you choose.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Branches are chosen one at a time for curve, reach, and sound wood, then kiln-dried until the meter reads done. Limbs with splits, rot, or dull figure never make the cut.
The shaping process
The shelving line is marked and cut slightly proud, keeping the branch's natural profile — material left for the handwork that levels the surface.
The hand refinement
The whole limb is sanded by hand through successive grits until every curve feels smooth against an open palm, ends included.
The final inspection
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker checks mounting points, level, and finish before the branch ships.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

What exactly is a wall tree bookshelf?
Each piece is a genuine solid teak branch shaped into a working shelf — the limb itself carries the load, so it reads as sculpture from across the room and works as storage up close. There is no hollow core to sag and no veneer to peel at an end.
Can I choose the height and spread?
Yes. Height, spread, and branch count are made to order — a short single limb for a narrow hall, or a wider spread across a bedroom wall. Send the wall measurement and the piece is built to it.
How does it mount to the wall?
The branch mounts on included hardware, anchored into a stud where the load lands — the stud carries the weight for good. A paper template locates every screw; one person handles a single limb in minutes.
How do I care for it once loaded?
Dust the limb when you dust the shelf and re-oil the exposed curves once a year with a rag. A scuff spot-sands and re-oils at home in minutes, so a knock never becomes a refinishing job.
How does it ship?
Branch shelves ship made to order in a padded carton with template and hardware packed on top. Tracking follows from the workshop to your door; if it arrives as a gift, it comes finished and ready to hang, no assembly.
Will my branch look like the one in the photos?
Close, but never identical. Every shelf is built from a natural teak branch, so the curve, forks, and grain of yours are its own. If you are gifting it, that unrepeatable shape is exactly what makes it a one-of-one.
