Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.

General care

These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.

Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.

Shipping & returns

Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.

Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The oils

Teak grows its own protective oils, and they carry the wood through dry winters and humid summers that crack lesser boards. Spills just need wiping up promptly.

The weight

Lift a corner and you feel dense, solid stock with no hollow frames or fillers. Kiln-dried before the build, it sits flat and stays put, even when the heat comes on.

The years ahead

Teak deepens toward a richer brown as it lives with you. A wipe of teak oil twice a year holds the tone you chose.

From plank to piece.

Select

Planks graded by practiced eyes, then kiln-dried slowly until they settle.

Mill

Each board cut, squared, and matched to the pattern.

Shape

Joined and eased with hand tools after the machines have done the rough work.

Finish

Sanded fine, then oiled until the grain reads deep.

One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

  3. Small knots and mineral streaks come with real wood. We leave them in.

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

You get a delivery appointment and tracking — not a truck that shows up unannounced.

30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.

Questions customers usually ask

What is the wall art made from?
Wall art in this collection is worked from solid-wood panels and slices — carved, joined, or arranged — so the piece has real depth and shadow, not a printed pattern.
Can a piece be scaled to my wall?
Yes — dimensions scale to your wall since each piece is made to order. Send a photo of the space with rough measurements and we will suggest proportions.
How does it hang?
Hanging hardware is fitted at the workshop — keyhole slots or French cleats by weight — with matching anchors in the box. Most pieces hang on two screws.
Does wooden wall art need maintenance?
Dust with a soft dry brush or cloth, and avoid walls with hard afternoon sun so the tones shift evenly. Nothing else is required year to year.
How does wall art ship?
Each piece is made to order and ships flat in a rigid, foam-lined carton with the hardware taped inside. Tracking is emailed to you once the carton ships.
How does it mount, and will it damage my wall?
Keyhole slots or hangers on the back — the same system as a heavy mirror. Lighter panels sit on quality drywall anchors; for larger carvings, catch at least one stud. When it comes down you patch two small holes, a security-deposit-sized repair, not a project.
What size looks right over a sofa or bed?
About two-thirds the width of the furniture below it, with the center 57 to 60 inches from the floor — gallery height. Tape the outline on the wall before ordering; thirty seconds of painter's tape settles the too-big-or-too-small question for good.
