Check the selected size, then measure the placement area, doorways, and stair turns. Ask us to confirm assembly and included hardware for this design. For wall-mounted pieces, confirm the wall type, fixings, and permitted load.

Dust gently and wipe spills promptly. Avoid standing water and direct heat. Ask us before using oil or polish on your piece, or sanding a mark.

Shipping & returns

Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states is free on orders of $2,000 or more and a flat $79 below that. Your piece ships crated or blanket-wrapped; freight delivery is curbside, with a scheduled window and tracking. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international orders, contact us first for a quote.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described items: request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us before returning anything; we arrange approved return freight and help with repacking. We repair, replace or refund these pieces at no cost, custom sizes included. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of payment, before your wood is cut.

A trailing vine spills from the top shelf and nobody minds. Shelves step up the right side of the frame like a little hillside, and a thick live-edge board runs below the screen.

A cabinet should fit its contents as well as its wall. Measure the tallest objects, door swing and access route. For a custom request, include shelf spacing, cable needs and how you want to reach everyday items.

Durability needs more than a wood name

Wood properties vary, even within a species. Compare the specified construction, finish, intended use and care, then ask for product-specific information. A species name or reassuring weight cannot replace those details.

On orders of $2,000 or more, yes: standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states is free. Orders under $2,000 ship for a flat $79. The threshold is measured after discounts, and checkout shows the exact charge before you pay. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the cost. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do returns work?

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items: request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Contact Timber Vintique support with your order number before sending anything back. We repair, replace, or refund eligible faulty or incorrect items at no cost to you, including any return shipping we request. This coverage also applies to custom or personalized items. Gift cards are not returnable.
