Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.

These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

Our designers paired that resilience with a rustic live-edge profile; the artisan selects oil-rich stock and seals each piece by hand.
Everything else in a modern bathroom is tile, glass, and porcelain — surfaces that go cold by October and stay cold. This is the one warm thing a hand meets at 7 a.m., the wood commercial steam rooms already trust. And guests coming out of that bathroom mention it often enough that you stop being surprised.

Bath night

Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight grain runs across the vanity face, loosening into natural figure at the live edge — calm under the vanity light, characterful where a wet thumb traces the wane.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils — the reason it belongs near water. We hand-rub more into the top until it holds a warm satin that beads a splash instead of drinking it.
Density you can feel
Dense, oil-rich stock stays warm and grippy under a wet palm where tile stings cold — and with some of the lowest shrinkage of any hardwood, it holds true through daily steam and the winter the exhaust fan works hardest.
Golden now, silver whenever
In a steamy bathroom, unoiled teak drifts toward silver-grey — a paper-thin surface change only. Regular oiling holds the gold; either way the wood underneath stays sound.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Boards are pulled one at a time for sound, oil-rich stock with an edge worth showing — kiln-dried twenty days before any cut. Checked or dull wood never makes it through.
The shaping process
The profile is cut slightly proud of its final line while the natural edge is cleaned by hand, never straightened away.
The hand refinement
Face and wane are sanded by hand through five grits until wet hands meet nothing but smooth, warm wood.
The final inspection
The moisture-ready finish goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker wets a corner, watches it bead, and checks fit and finish before the vanity is signed out.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

- Every board is cut from a different tree — the photos here are a reference, not a promise.
- Your piece is photographed in the workshop before it ships, so you see your exact grain.
- Small knots and mineral streaks come with real wood. We leave them in.

White-glove option
Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.
Crated for freight
Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

You get a delivery appointment and tracking — not a truck that shows up unannounced.
Honest returns
30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.
Questions customers usually ask
Will these shelves hold up in a humid bathroom?
Yes. Solid teak is the default wood of commercial spas and steam rooms — environments wetter than any home bath — because its natural oils and silica resist moisture that swells lesser boards. The boards also spend twenty days in a controlled kiln before cutting, so daily steam has nothing left to move.
What lengths and depths are available?
Standard lengths run from about 16 to 36 inches, but every shelf is made to order — measure your alcove or wall, note the faucet clearance, and we will cut to the space.
What does mounting involve?
Shelves ship with concealed brackets and hardware for both studs and masonry. Anchor into at least one stud where possible; over tile, use the included anchors and a quality masonry bit, and the shelf sits with nothing visible holding it.
How do I care for teak near a shower?
Wipe off standing water after showers, run the fan, and re-oil lightly every few months if you want the gold rather than the grey. Black spots, if they ever appear, are mildew feeding on soap residue sitting on the surface, not the wood failing — a rinse and soft scrub clears them.
How is my order packed and shipped?
Every piece is made to order, wrapped edge to edge, and boxed with rigid corner guards. If the box arrives crushed, photograph it and tell us — we make it right. You receive tracking the day it leaves the workshop.
What fits on a live-edge vanity surface?
The everyday kit — soap dispenser, toothbrush cup, folded hand towels, a small plant — sits comfortably with room to set down glasses or a watch. Tell us your sink and wall situation when you order and we will confirm the right depth for your fixtures.
