Natural wood, one piece at a time

Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.

General care

These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.

Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.

Shipping & returns

Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.

Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

Solid teak · TV console

The wall of wires, gone quiet

The piece

Plate I
Plate II

The console that gives a media wall its composure.

The designers drew one continuous curved frame, low and wide, so the screen rides a steady horizon. The case is solid teak through — top, frame, drawer boxes, no veneer to chip and expose particleboard — from boards kiln-dried twenty days so the long top stays flat when forced-air heat runs all winter.

The router, the power strip, the HDMI overflow — the messiest square yard in the house disappears behind grain-matched drawer fronts, every cord routed out the rear openings. What remains is one warm horizontal line of wood under the screen, and the corner of the room you used to apologize for becomes the one you show first.

  • Big screen? Low, wide stance steadies TVs 55 inches up
  • Where do remotes go? Drawers swallow controllers and cable bag
  • Receiver stays cool in the open, vented bays within reach
  • No cable spaghetti — rear openings route every cord out of sight
  • Curved ends spare hips in a busy living room

It fits real homes.

Fourth-quarter surface

Fourth-quarter surface

Super Bowl Sunday, two-minute warning. Seven-layer dip at center, a sweating bottle making a ring on the corner nobody is watching, controllers back in the drawer at halftime. Monday morning it all wipes away with the crumbs.

Friday, lights down

Friday, lights down

Movie night, rain outside. The screen glows over a clean wall — router, power strip, and every cable living behind the teak, remotes in their drawer. Kids on the rug lean back against the long curve like it was built as a headrest.

The Sunday reset

The Sunday reset

Ten minutes on Sunday evening: remotes drawered, cables fed back through the rear openings, one candle lit on the curved end. The week starts from a room that has already exhaled.

Teak, up close.

Grain that reads quiet

Tight, straight grain runs the full width of the top and continues across the drawer fronts, so the long run reads as one board. Under lamplight the oiled surface holds a low sheen, never a glare bouncing back off the screen.

Grain that reads quiet

The finish nature applied

Teak carries its own natural oils; we hand-rub more into the long top and curved frame until it feels cool and smooth under a passing hand. It arrives smelling of wood, not factory — no lacquer film, nothing to off-gas into the room you sit in most.

The finish nature applied

Density you can feel

At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, with shrinkage about half that of oak, the top stays flat under a mounted soundbar — through two winters of forced-air heat, nothing opens, nothing racks.

Density you can feel

Golden now, silver whenever

Indoors this console will not silver — it slowly warms toward deep honey, fastest on the sun-facing end, so rotate the decor now and then. A light sanding and fresh oil reset the whole run anytime.

Golden now, silver whenever

From plank to piece.

The wood selection

The wood selection

Boards are pulled one at a time at the lumber stacks and grain-matched across the drawer fronts. Twisted or dull stock never makes the run.

The shaping process

The shaping process

The curved outer frame is traced from workshop templates, then bandsawn slightly proud of the line — material left for the handwork on every radius.

The hand refinement

The hand refinement

The wraparound edges are sanded through five grits, the last pass checked by fingertip, until the long curve feels right under a passing hand.

The final inspection

The final inspection

Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker fits the drawers, checks level, and signs the console out.

One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

The Timber Vintique workshop

No two boards alike

The grain that arrives is yours alone.

  1. Every board is cut from a different tree — the photos here are a reference, not a promise.
  2. Your piece is photographed in the workshop before it ships, so you see your exact grain.
  3. Small knots and mineral streaks come with real wood. We leave them in.

Delivery, done properly.

White-glove option

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Crated for freight

Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

Scheduled window

You get a delivery appointment and tracking — not a truck that shows up unannounced.

Honest returns

30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.

Questions customers usually ask

Are these built for real media equipment?
TV cabinets in this collection are solid wood with ventilated compartments and cable openings placed where equipment actually sits — no particleboard shelf sagging under a receiver in year three, and a top you can sand and re-oil instead of replace.
Can I size it to my wall and components?
Cabinets are made to order, so length can run wall to wall and compartments size to your components. The composition sits right when the console runs a little wider than the TV — send screen size and wall width and we will recommend a length.
What setup is required?
Cabinets arrive assembled with doors hung and shelves set — no hardware weekend. Feed cables through the pre-cut rear openings; an anti-tip strap is included and recommended with a mounted or perched TV.
How do I care for it?
Dust the vents and cable openings when you dust the top, and keep drinks on coasters during game nights — though a white ring lifts with a cloth and a warm dry iron in thirty seconds. A yearly oiling keeps top and drawer fronts even.
How does a TV cabinet arrive?
Every cabinet is made to order and freight-crated, interior braced and doors locked for transit. Photograph the crate before the driver leaves and note anything on the receipt — if the road does damage, we make it right.
What size TV suits this console best?
The low, elongated profile is drawn to carry screens from 55 inches up — the console should run a little wider than the TV for the composition to sit right. Send your screen size and wall width and we will recommend a length.
