These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The proportions were drawn for visual clarity — a level, uncluttered top on a restrained base — with a single live edge left to say where the wood came from. Each teak slab is chosen by hand, kiln-dried to interior moisture levels, then built up with layered natural wax and oil instead of being wrapped in a plastic film.
In a room without walls, furniture either draws the lines or floats. Set behind a sofa or against the entry wall, this console marks where one zone ends and the next begins, holds the daily essentials without ever looking busy — and because no two slabs share their markings, the one by your door has no duplicate anywhere.

No two boards match — the tight, even grain, honey-to-amber tones, and subtle figure come from the teak itself, never printed on a film, and they read differently at noon than by lamplight.
Finished by hand
Hand-sanded, then built up with layers of natural wax and oil. It arrives smelling like wood, not lacquer, and the surface can be renewed at home for decades.
Kiln-dried and joined
The slab is kiln-dried to interior moisture levels before the legs meet their pre-marked mounts — the wood has already done its moving, so winter furnace air finds nothing left to shift.
Built to be inherited
Solid wood earns a genuine patina, and the top sands and refinishes again and again — the kind of piece that changes addresses with a family rather than with a lease.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Teak slabs are pulled one at a time for tone and figure, then dried to interior moisture levels. Twisted or checked stock never makes the cut.
The shaping process
The top is dimensioned to its clean modern lines, the live edge preserved, leaving material for the final handwork.
The hand refinement
Top and edge are sanded by hand through five grits until every surface feels right against an open palm.
The final inspection
Natural wax and oil go on in layers, buffed between coats. The maker checks level, fit, and finish before packing.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Questions customers usually ask
What are the console tables made from?
A continuous slab of solid wood for the top, on solid legs — no veneer, no MDF, no particleboard anywhere. That is why the surface can be sanded and refinished for decades, which a veneer top cannot survive even once.
Do you build to fit narrow hallways?
Consoles are made to order, so length and depth adjust to your hallway or entry. A narrow ten-inch depth for tight halls is one of our most common builds.
Will I need to assemble it?
This design ships with the tabletop and legs packed separately, screws included. Mounting points are pre-marked on the underside, so assembly is a straightforward job with an electric drill or screwdriver — most owners finish in about fifteen minutes.
What care does a console need?
Dust with a soft cloth and wipe standing water promptly. Once a year, rub a fresh coat of wax or oil into the top — ten unhurried minutes that keep the finish repairable at home instead of a refinisher's job.
How is a console packed?
Every console is made to order and packed in a fitted crate or double-walled carton with rigid corner guards. Photograph the packaging before the driver leaves if anything looks crushed, and we make it right; tracking is emailed the day it ships.
What is teak, and why teak?
Teak is the benchmark hardwood for fine furniture — tight, straight grain, a warm golden tone, and natural oils that keep it stable and water-resistant. Our plantation-grown boards are chosen by selectors with thirty years at the stacks, then kiln-dried twenty days at controlled heat, so the slab has finished moving before we build. This table is solid teak throughout, finished in layers of natural wax and oil.
