Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
The designers drew this stand around a turntable's real footprint: a 28-inch cube, dead-flat top, a lower bay sized to LP sleeves. The teak is solid through — top, sides, shelf — with no veneer over particleboard to chip at a corner and expose the sawdust underneath. Hand-sanded through five grits and rubbed with oil, the finish renews at home in ten minutes rather than peeling like a film.
A hollow particleboard cabinet resonates with the bass and feeds that muddiness back into the stylus — you have heard it through your own speakers without naming it. Teak near 700 kilograms per cubic meter stays inert instead: the deck sits level, the needle tracks clean, and the collection stands spine-out below, a quiet standing case for staying in on a Friday night.
Friday, 9 pm, screens off. A record slides from the lower bay, two glasses land on the far corner, and the lamp catches the low sheen of oiled grain. The needle drops, the cube stays dead-still, and the apartment goes deliberate.
July 31st, the busiest moving day in America. Two movers blanket-wrap the teak cube and grunt at the weight while the record crates ride beside it. The particleboard media bench stays at the curb with a FREE sign, its third move one too many.
Home from the Saturday record fair, three friends kneel at the bay flipping new finds while the receiver warms on the solid top. Nothing shifts, nothing hums — the argument over which pressing wins gets the room's full, level silence.

Tight, straight grain runs the length of the top and down each side — the calm cathedral figure that carried Danish teak credenzas through sixty years of American forced-air heat, and the reason collectors still ask for this wood by name.
Teak carries its own natural oils, so the hand-rubbed finish sinks in instead of sitting on top as a film. Under a warm lamp it shows a low satin sheen, and the top stays warm to the palm on a January morning after the furnace has dried the room.
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, teak damps the footfall and speaker rumble a hollow cabinet hands straight to the stylus. Its shrinkage runs about half of oak's, so the top stays dead flat when a December furnace cycles on and off all evening.
Indoors, teak will not go silver — that takes outdoor sun and rain. Expect the honey to deepen through the first year of window light; a light sanding and fresh oil reset it to day one whenever a decade of Fridays has dulled the sheen.
Boards come off the stacks under selectors with thirty years of reading grain, then spend twenty days in a temperature-controlled kiln — the slow heat drives out moisture and any insects before the first cut. Twisted or dull stock never makes it that far.
The cube is traced from templates, then bandsawn a hair proud of the line, leaving a margin of material for the handwork that squares every edge and corner.
The top and shelf edges are sanded through five grit stages, coarse to fine, the last pass read under a raking light and an open palm rather than a gauge.
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker sets a level and a full-size deck on the top and confirms LP clearance below before the stand leaves the bench.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
