These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

A live-edge teak slab over clean mid-century lines — the tree's raw contour along one edge, a milled dead-flat surface where the turntable sits. The height is worked for standing play. Each slab is chosen by selectors with thirty years at the lumber stacks, kiln-dried for twenty days, then shaped, sanded, and oiled entirely by hand.
Vinyl people already know the failure mode: a hollow pressed-board console that hums along with the bass and flexes under a full crate. Solid teak at this density damps footfall and resonance instead of amplifying it — the same wood the Danish credenzas of the 1960s were built from, still trading hard sixty years on. The collection lines up below; the owner just lowers the arm.

Grain that reads quiet
Tight, straight teak grain runs the length of the top, loosening into honest figure at the live edge — calm where the platter spins, wild at the rim, and best read in low lamplight between sides.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own natural oils; we hand-rub more into the top and shelf faces until the grain holds a low sheen under the listening lamp — and a sweating glass set down mid-side wipes away without a mark.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, the slab has the mass a stylus wants under it — and with shrinkage about half of oak's, the top stays flat through furnace winters, so the platter never needs re-leveling.
Golden now, silver whenever
Silvering is an outdoor phenomenon — rain plus UV. In the listening room the top only deepens toward honey-amber, and a light sanding with fresh oil resets it anytime, no stripping, no re-lacquering.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Slabs are pulled one at a time for sound figure and a live edge worth keeping; anything twisted or lifeless goes back on the stack.
The shaping process
The mid-century frame is cut a hair outside the template line — material held back for the hand-fitting that squares each shelf to the top.
The hand refinement
Top, edge, and shelf faces are sanded through five ever-finer grades, the live contour last, until the raw rim feels smooth against an open palm.
The final inspection
The last day belongs to oil — thin passes, long buffing. Then the maker sets a level on the top, a turntable's one demand, before the stand ships.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

Questions customers usually ask
Is it built for a turntable specifically?
Each stand is solid hardwood with a dead-flat, vibration-damping top for the turntable and storage sized to LPs — a full 13-inch clearance, verified before any piece leaves the workshop.
Can it grow with my record collection?
Yes. Stands are built to order, so width grows with your collection — from a 24-inch single-shelf build to a 60-inch run that holds several hundred records plus the amp. Tell us the crate count and the plan.
Will the shelves sag under vinyl?
Records are the heaviest thing most furniture ever holds — a full row runs about 35 pounds per foot. Shelves here are solid stock sized so a packed run cannot bow them, and the joinery is glued wood to wood, not cam locks that loosen under load.
How should I care for it?
Dust with a dry cloth, keep the turntable level, and re-oil the top yearly — a twenty-minute job, since an oil finish spot-repairs instead of failing like a film. Route cables through the back openings so nothing saws against a finished edge.
How does a stand arrive?
Each stand is made to order, corner-blocked, and shipped boxed or freight-crated by size. Tracking is included, larger builds get a scheduled delivery call first — and photographing the crate at the door settles any transit question fast.
Will a turntable sit level on a live-edge top?
Yes. The natural contour runs along the outer edge only — the playing surface itself is milled and checked flat at the workshop, so the platter sits level and the tonearm tracks true.
