Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
The designers drew classic mid-century lines, then trimmed the footprint until it worked in an apartment living room without owning it. An artisan grain-matches the teak boards across the top, shapes the low profile by hand, and rubs the surface with natural waxes and oils — solid through the full thickness, so a deep scratch sands out instead of exposing a printed core.
A cheap coffee table is the one that dies first: it lives closer to daily life than anything else in the room, and flat-pack legs rack loose inside a year. This one is the correction — teak dried twenty days before a cut, joined to sit dead flat, a finish you renew at home. Friends fold onto the floor around it, and someone always asks if the top is really one wood.
Super Bowl Sunday, the seven-layer dip parked center table like a trophy. A sweating bottle leaves a ring on a corner nobody is watching, feet go up at the two-minute warning, and Monday morning it all wipes off with the crumbs.
Fourth apartment in six years, landlord-beige walls again. Within an hour of the truck leaving, the coffee table anchors the new living room and the place starts being theirs — the walls change every lease, this does not.
Saturday morning after a Lego-heavy week, one deep gouge down the middle of the top. Fine sandpaper, a rag of oil, ten minutes — the mark blends into the grain and the surface reads like nothing happened. Try that with a laminate top.

Tight, straight, even grain runs the length of the low top — the cathedral figure that made teak the signature wood of mid-century rooms. Danish credenzas built from it in the 1960s still trade hard sixty years on.
Teak carries its own natural oils. An artisan hand-rubs waxes and more oil into the top, deepening the gold to a warm satin — and because there is no lacquer film, the table arrives smelling of wood, not of a chemical topcoat off-gassing.
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, with some of the lowest shrinkage of any hardwood, the tabletop stays flat under mugs, elbows, and board games — no seam opening the first winter the forced-air heat runs dry.
Left alone, teak deepens toward amber indoors and only silvers outdoors, under sun and rain. A light sanding and fresh oil reset the top whenever a decade of coasters and card games has worn a favorite spot smooth.
Boards are pulled one at a time, after their twenty days in the kiln, and grain-matched across the top. Stock with twist or dull figure never makes the cut.
The low profile is traced from templates, then bandsawn slightly proud of the line for the handwork that eases every edge.
Top and edges are sanded through successive grits until they feel right where wrists and glasses will rest daily, not merely look right.
Wax and oil go on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker checks the table for level and rock on a flat floor before sign-out.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
