Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
The designers hung the whole cabinet off the wall so the floor stays visible and the room reads larger. An artisan builds the casework by hand around your sink, keeps the counter's live edge where the tree drew it, and coats every surface in layers of natural wax and oil. That finish asks for a yearly refresh — and in exchange it never peels or clouds the way film finishes do over a steamy shower.
Most vanities are MDF boxes wearing a thermofoil skin, and a few humid summers find every seam. This one is solid teak — the wood boat decks and steam rooms run on — kiln-dried for twenty days before the first cut, so the drawers still meet square years in. It anchors the bathroom the way a good table anchors a kitchen: every morning in the house starts from it.
School-morning rush at the mirror — drawers in constant motion, toothpaste negotiations, one kid on a step stool hogging the faucet. The vanity takes all of it without a squeak, and the floor below stays clear for the traffic.
The robot vacuum slides clean underneath on Saturday morning — no feet, no grime corners, no lifting anything. A small luxury nobody photographs, and everyone who has ever mopped around a vanity base has felt.
The contractor's van pulls away on a Friday; that evening the finished bathroom gets its first real audience of two. The live edge along the counter is the detail the whole remodel gets judged by — and it carries the vote.

Tight, straight, even grain runs the counter's length right out to the live edge — and no two slabs draw that wavering line the same way, which is the point of leaving it. After a shower the beading water makes the figure read deeper.
Teak carries its own natural oils — a real advantage near water. Layers of hand-applied wax and oil deepen the counter to a warm satin; steam from the morning shower beads and rolls off instead of soaking in, and the room smells faintly of wood, not chemicals.
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, teak moves about half as much as oak when seasons swing — so the counter and drawer faces stay square through daily steam in August and the bone-dry furnace heat of February.
Left untended in constant humidity, teak drifts toward a soft grey — a surface change only, never rot. A light sanding and fresh oil bring the counter back to gold in an afternoon, and for a day the bathroom smells like the workshop it came from.
The counter slab is chosen first, live edge and all, then matched to cabinet stock by tone under the same light — all of it out of a twenty-day kiln before a saw touches it. Twisted or checked boards never make it.
The floating case is cut and joined to templates, sized around your sink and faucet before assembly begins — while the live edge stays untouched where the tree drew it.
Counter, edges, and drawer faces are sanded through successive grits until every surface feels right against an open palm — including the raw contour, smoothed until it snags nothing.
Wax and oil go on in thin layers, buffed between coats. The maker cycles every drawer a dozen times, checks the rail fit against a level, and signs off before the vanity ships.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
