Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
Rounded edges, tapered legs, two drawers set flush into the apron — proportions reworked until the table sat right against a standard sofa seat. The top is teak through its full thickness, not a veneer skin that dies at the first deep scratch, and the drawer boxes are solid wood too, fitted by hand until they slide without metal glides.
A coffee table takes the household's whole record — sweating glasses, feet, board games, a dog's tail at seven every evening. Oiled teak absorbs that life instead of documenting it: rings wipe away, and the rare deep mark spot-sands and re-oils in ten minutes. Remotes vanish into the drawers, the top stays open, and the room quietly orbits it.
Saturday, 7:15, house still asleep. The mug lands on oiled teak without a coaster negotiation, the paper unfolds, and one bare foot finds the stretcher underneath. Weekend mornings keep starting here because nothing about this table says be careful.
Super Bowl Sunday, fourth quarter. Seven-layer dip at center table like a trophy, a sweating bottle making a ring nobody is watching, feet up at the two-minute warning. Monday morning it all wipes away with the crumbs.
Friday, six minutes before company knocks, remotes and chargers sweep into the two drawers and the top clears in one pass of a cloth over oiled teak. The room reads composed because the table keeps its secrets, which was the design brief.

Tight, straight grain runs the length of the top, calm enough to sit under a busy room. In low evening lamplight the oiled surface shows the figure in relief — the moment owners say they notice it most.
Teak's natural oils are why ship decks trusted it for centuries; we hand-rub more into the top and drawer fronts. A red wine ring left overnight wipes off in the morning — no ghost, no refinish.
The boards spend twenty days in a temperature-controlled kiln before the first cut, so the top stays flat and the drawers stay true when the furnace drops winter humidity into the twenties.
Indoors the top deepens toward honey-amber with the years; silver-grey only happens outdoors under sun and rain. Either way it is a paper-thin surface change — a light sanding brings the gold back.
Boards are pulled one at a time by selectors with thirty years at the stacks, matched by tone across top, apron, and drawer fronts. Dull or twisted stock never makes the cut.
Top, tapered legs, and drawer boxes are traced from templates, then cut slightly proud of the line — the extra sixteenth of an inch belongs to the handwork ahead.
The rounded edges are sanded through five grits until they feel right against an open palm, and each drawer is planed to slide clean without metal glides.
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker cycles both drawers loaded, checks level on a flat bench, and rakes a lamp across the top before the table leaves.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
