Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
A solid teak top, full thickness, with the live edge left exactly where the tree drew it — over two integrated drawers and a handcrafted farmhouse base. No veneer to chip, no particleboard hiding under a printed skin: the maker squares the working faces by hand and lets the natural line run the front. Every slab spends twenty days in a temperature-controlled kiln before the first cut.
If the last coffee table left in the apartment dumpster after its third move, this one is the correction. Sweating glasses wipe off the oiled teak, and a Lego gouge spot-sands and re-oils at home in ten minutes. It works quietly all year, turns into the pumpkin-and-candy stage every October, and its owner stops policing coasters altogether.
October 31st, porch light on, the candy bowl within a trick-or-treater's reach by the door. Small pumpkins line the live edge, two candles lit by six — the same setup photographed every year, slightly better each time.
Super Bowl Sunday, two-minute warning. Seven-layer dip at center like a trophy, a sweating bottle ringing the corner nobody is watching. Monday morning it all wipes away with the crumbs.
Saturday morning after a Lego-heavy week: fine sandpaper, a rag of oil, ten minutes. Tuesday's gouge is gone, and the drawer of card decks slides shut on the evidence.

Tight, straight teak grain runs the length of the tabletop, breaking into wilder figure only at the live edge — and in low evening lamplight that raw border is the first thing the eye finds.
Teak carries its own natural oils; we hand-rub more into the top and drawer fronts until spills bead instead of soak. On delivery day the room smells like a woodshop, not a chemical plant.
The full-thickness top takes two adults to carry, and that weight reads as proof, not burden — while teak's movement, about half of oak's, keeps both drawers sliding true through humid Augusts and furnace-dry Januaries.
The gray of patio teak takes rain plus sun; indoors this top only deepens toward honey-amber where the window light lands. A light sanding and fresh oil reset any well-used corner whenever you choose.
Slabs are pulled one at a time by selectors with thirty years at the stacks — sound figure, a live edge worth keeping. Anything twisted or checked goes back on the pile.
The top is flattened and the base cut a breath outside the line — material saved for hand-fitting the drawers — while the natural edge stays exactly as the tree drew it.
Top, edge, and drawer fronts are sanded through five successively finer grades until the bark line feels burnished, never sharp, against an open palm.
Thin coats of oil are hand-buffed in, one after the next. The maker runs both drawers a dozen times, sets a level on the top, and inspects the finish before the table leaves the workshop.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
