Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
The designers drew one free-flowing line and let it branch into display levels, spacing the tiers so no shelf crowds another. An artisan cuts the solid teak, fairs every curve by hand, and oils each face including the undersides — a wall shelf is seen from below as often as above, and there is no unfinished back to hide.
If some-assembly-required has cost you a Saturday before, this is the other kind: the sculpture arrives finished, and hanging it is a paper template, studs, and fifteen minutes. For a renter it may be the only architecture that moves to the next lease — the walls change, the line comes with you.
Tuesday, 8:58, two minutes before the call. The laptop opens and the shelf behind reads calm on camera — one flowing line, a few spines, honey-gold wood catching the window light, no clutter — and a coworker asks about it before the agenda starts.
The inherited vase and the ship in glass live on the upper tiers — admired every evening, a full arm's length above the reach of small, fast hands. The toddler years pass; the shelf outlasts them.
Graduation Saturday, eighty guests over three hours. The tiers hold the photo timeline, kindergarten to cap and gown, and the flowing line walks every visitor through eighteen years in order.

Tight, straight grain runs the length of every tier, and from the sofa the whole composition reads as one calm ribbon — no busy figure fighting the objects it carries.
Teak carries its own natural oils. We hand-rub more into the faces and the curved undersides — the surfaces you actually see from the couch — leaving a satin that fingertips read as wood, not coating.
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, from boards kiln-dried over twenty days, the tiers stay straight under loaded books while forced-air heat dries the room into the twenties each winter.
Mounted indoors, the shelf will not silver — graying needs outdoor UV and rain. The tone warms toward honey-amber over the years, slightly faster on a sun-facing wall, and a light re-oil revives the sheen anytime.
Boards are pulled one at a time and matched by tone across the flowing form, each checked against the moisture meter. Twisted or dull stock never joins the composition.
The free-flowing line is traced from templates, then bandsawn slightly proud — a pencil's width of material left for the handwork that gives each curve its profile.
Every tier and underside is sanded through five grits, coarse to fine, until the curves feel right against an open palm, not merely look right.
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each with a cotton pad. The maker checks level, mounting points, and finish before the shelf is signed out.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.
