Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.
General care
These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

Carpet-and-cardboard towers run a fixed life cycle: shredded by spring, wobbling by fall, out with the trash inside two years. This one is built the way furniture is built — solid wood throughout, joined wood to wood, finished in hand-rubbed oil you can renew yourself. When claws leave their record, you sand lightly and wipe oil back in. Nothing here is engineered to be thrown away.
In the living room it stands with the furniture you chose, not beside it as a concession. The cat gets a tree that outlasts a decade of sisal posts; you get to stop budgeting for a replacement every other January.

Honey and amber bands run the length of each plank. No two boards repeat, so your piece is the only one with this pattern.
The oils
Teak grows its own protective oils, and they carry the wood through dry winters and humid summers that crack lesser boards. Spills just need wiping up promptly.
The weight
Lift a corner and you feel dense, solid stock with no hollow frames or fillers. Kiln-dried before the build, it sits flat and stays put, even when the heat comes on.
The years ahead
Teak deepens toward a richer brown as it lives with you. A wipe of teak oil twice a year holds the tone you chose.
From plank to piece.
Select
Planks graded by practiced eyes, then kiln-dried slowly until they settle.
Mill
Each board cut, squared, and matched to the pattern.
Shape
Joined and eased with hand tools after the machines have done the rough work.
Finish
Sanded fine, then oiled until the grain reads deep.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

Questions customers usually ask
What makes these different from carpeted cat trees?
Each tower in this collection is a real branching trunk or solid-wood build, sanded smooth and finished with pet-safe oil — furniture your cat climbs, not carpet-wrapped cardboard you hide when guests come.
How stable are they for large cats?
Very. Wide, weighted bases and solid limbs keep the tower planted under a running leap from across the room. For enthusiastic climbers we include a wall strap for extra insurance.
Is there assembly involved?
Most towers arrive in two or three sections that bolt together in under twenty minutes. Platforms come pre-attached; you fasten the sections together and position the weighted base.
What about claw marks and cleaning?
Vacuum platforms and wipe the wood with a dry or barely damp cloth. Claw marks are part of the story, but a light sanding and oil erases them whenever you choose.
How do the towers ship?
Towers are made to order and packed in sectioned, padded cartons with hardware bagged inside the base. Tracking follows by email the day your order leaves the workshop.
Will it tip over when my cat jumps on it?
The mass sits low — solid wood base, solid wood structure — so a running leap lands on weight, not on a hollow tube. Press a forearm on the top platform and it does not rock, the same test you would give a table. For very tall designs or a multi-cat household, a furniture strap into a wall stud adds a margin we will never talk you out of.
My cat chews and licks everything. Is the wood and finish safe?
The finish is natural oil — low VOC, inert once cured — over solid wood, with no carpet adhesives and no particleboard anywhere in the piece. The kiln that dries our boards for twenty days also destroys insects and their eggs with heat alone, so no chemical sprays ever touch the wood. It arrives smelling like a woodshop, not a factory.
