Natural wood, one piece at a time

Wood grain, knots, edge contours, and color naturally vary from piece to piece. Product images show the expected character rather than an identical grain pattern.

General care

These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly

Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.

Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.

Shipping & returns

Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.

Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

Handcrafted solid wood · Tv console

Three screens from now, same TV console

The piece

The calm under the noise.

A media wall collects the ugliest inventory in the house — router, power strip, three remotes, a nest of HDMI. This TV console is built to swallow all of it: cable openings placed so wires drop straight down and disappear, closed doors for the boxes, a drawer that ends the nightly remote hunt.

The difference shows at nine on a Tuesday, screen off. Doors closed, one lamp on, and the living room reads like a den from a quieter decade instead of an equipment bay. Warm oiled grain where a wall of black plastic used to be.

  • Solid teak top carries living-room-scale screens without flex
  • Rear cable openings drop every wire out of sight
  • Closed doors swallow the router, consoles, and set-top boxes
  • Drawer ends the nightly remote hunt
  • Oiled top shrugs off condensation rings and cocoa mugs

It fits real homes.

Fourth quarter, Super Bowl Sunday

Seven-layer dip at center court, a sweating bottle parked on the corner nobody is watching, thirteen people yelling at a replay. Monday morning the rings and the crumbs wipe away together.

Saturday, 6:40 am

Two kids in blankets, cereal bowls balanced, volume at a merciful eleven. The grown-ups get one more hour of sleep because this corner of the house runs itself before seven.

The cable amnesty

Sunday afternoon, the reckoning: every wire fed through the rear openings, router and power strip behind one door, remotes to the drawer. You close it, step back, and the whole wall exhales.

Made to order

Every piece is made to order, and dimensions vary from one to the next. Need a different size for your space? Tell us your measurements and we'll build it to fit.

Teak, up close.

The grain

Honey and amber bands run the length of each plank. No two boards repeat, so your piece is the only one with this pattern.

The oils

Teak grows its own protective oils, and they carry the wood through dry winters and humid summers that crack lesser boards. Spills just need wiping up promptly.

The weight

Lift a corner and you feel dense, solid stock with no hollow frames or fillers. Kiln-dried before the build, it sits flat and stays put, even when the heat comes on.

The years ahead

Teak deepens toward a richer brown as it lives with you. A wipe of teak oil twice a year holds the tone you chose.

From plank to piece.

Select

Planks graded by practiced eyes, then kiln-dried slowly until they settle.

Mill

Each board cut, squared, and matched to the pattern.

Shape

Joined and eased with hand tools after the machines have done the rough work.

Finish

Sanded fine, then oiled until the grain reads deep.

One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

The Timber Vintique workshop

No two boards alike

The grain that arrives is yours alone.

  1. Every board is cut from a different tree — the photos here are a reference, not a promise.
  2. Your piece is photographed in the workshop before it ships, so you see your exact grain.
  3. Small knots and mineral streaks come with real wood. We leave them in.

Delivery, done properly.

White-glove option

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Crated for freight

Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

Scheduled window

You get a delivery appointment and tracking — not a truck that shows up unannounced.

Honest returns

30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.

Questions customers usually ask

Are these built for real media equipment?
TV cabinets in this collection are solid wood with ventilated compartments and cable openings placed where equipment actually sits — no particleboard shelf sagging under a receiver in year three.
Can I size it to my wall and components?
Cabinets are made to order, so length can run wall to wall and compartments size to your components. Tell us the TV size and what lives beneath it.
What setup is required?
Cabinets arrive assembled with doors hung and shelves set. Feed cables through the pre-cut rear openings; an anti-tip strap is included and recommended with a mounted or perched TV.
How do I care for it?
Dust vents and cable openings when you dust the top, and keep drinks on coasters during game nights. A yearly oiling keeps the top and doors even.
How does a TV cabinet arrive?
Every cabinet is made to order and freight-crated, interior braced and doors locked for transit. Tracking is provided and delivery is scheduled with you in advance.
Will it actually hold my 65-inch, or will the top sag?
Sag is a particleboard problem — wrapped panels bow under a screen within a year, which is the slump you have seen on aging stands. This top is solid teak, joined wood to wood, and a modern flat panel weighs far less than the cabinet itself does. Check the listed top dimensions against your TV's stand footprint and choose a console a few inches wider than the screen; the weight is the least of your worries here.
Do the electronics overheat behind closed doors?
Streaming boxes and soundbars run cool enough that the rear cable openings give them all the airflow they need. A gaming console or receiver working hard through a long session wants more — leave that door ajar while you play, or give it the open shelf. And because the finish is penetrating oil rather than a film, there is nothing on the wood to cloud or soften near warm equipment.
