These products are not waterproof. Their durable wood-and-finish construction is designed to handle ordinary accidental spills when liquid is wiped up promptly. Avoid standing water, soaking, submersion, and harsh cleaners.

Dimensions & assembly
Exact dimensions for each size are listed on the option you select above. Most pieces arrive fully assembled; wall-mounted designs include hardware and a template. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering — most pieces pass a standard 32-inch doorway.
Care: wipe with a soft, dry cloth and oil the grain once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished.
Shipping & returns
Your piece ships free in a protective wooden crate. Freight delivery comes with a scheduled window and tracking; white-glove service — carried inside, placed, packaging removed — is available at checkout.
Returns: 30 days from payment. Pieces need to be unused and in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup and walk you through repacking. Damaged or defective on arrival? We repair, replace or refund at no cost. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled while the build has not started.

The piece
A vanity that keeps the tree in the room.
The live edge is the design: one flank of the slab left exactly as the tree grew it, the rest planed flat and true. The slab is solid teak — the wood of spa benches and ship decks — kiln-dried for twenty days, then hand-sanded until bark-shadow and worked surface meet as one piece.
Bathrooms default to cold surfaces — tile, stone, porcelain — and teak is the correction: wood that stays warm under wet hands and shrugs off steam the way it does on a boat deck. It is the same wood as the steam room at the gym, and this particular slab exists nowhere else in the world.

Tight, straight grain runs the counter's length until it breaks into the wild line of the live edge — and in a steamy room the oiled surface stays warm where tile goes cold.
The finish nature applied
Teak carries its own oils and silica — the chemistry of ship decks and spa benches. We hand-rub more in, deepening the gold to a satin that beads water instead of drinking it.
Density you can feel
At roughly 700 kilograms per cubic meter, kiln-dried for twenty days, the slab holds flat through daily steam cycles that would swell and stick a lesser wood's grain.
Golden now, silver whenever
Indoors, even beside a tub, teak deepens toward honey rather than greying — silvering needs outdoor sun and rain. A light sanding and fresh oil bring the counter's gold back anytime.
From plank to piece.
The wood selection
Slabs are pulled one at a time and judged by the run of their live edge — thirty-year selectors pass over anything with twist, checks, or dull figure.
The shaping process
The counter is planed flat and cut slightly proud of the layout — material held back on purpose for resolving the natural edge by hand.
The hand refinement
The flat faces and the live edge are sanded by hand through five grits until wild and worked surfaces read as one piece under a wet palm.
The final inspection
Oil goes on in thin coats, buffed between each. The maker wets the counter, watches the water bead, checks level, and signs it out.
One maker follows each piece from rough plank to the final coat of oil, and signs off before it is crated.

- Every board is cut from a different tree — the photos here are a reference, not a promise.
- Your piece is photographed in the workshop before it ships, so you see your exact grain.
- Small knots and mineral streaks come with real wood. We leave them in.

Choose white-glove and the crew brings the piece inside, places it in the room, and removes every bit of packaging.

Each piece travels in its own wooden crate with corner protection, built to cross the country without a scuff.

30 days from payment. If it isn't right — unused, in original condition — we arrange the freight pickup. Made-to-order terms are stated up front.
Questions customers usually ask
Will these hold up in a humid bathroom?
Yes. Teak is the default wood of commercial spas and steam rooms — environments wetter than any home bath. Its natural oils and silica resist moisture better than nearly any furniture wood, and the finish is chosen for daily steam and splashes.
What lengths and depths are available?
Standard lengths run from about 16 to 36 inches, but every piece is made to order — send us the width of your alcove or wall and we will cut the slab to it.
What does mounting involve?
Wall-mounted builds ship with concealed brackets and hardware for both studs and masonry. Anchor into at least one stud where possible; over tile, use the included anchors and a quality masonry bit.
How do I care for teak near a shower?
Wipe off standing water and let the wood breathe — black spots on bath teak are mildew feeding on soap residue sitting on the surface, not the wood failing. A squeegee habit and a light re-oil every few months keep it golden.
How is my order packed and shipped?
Every piece is made to order, wrapped edge to edge, and boxed with rigid corner guards. Tracking arrives the day it ships, and 30-day returns apply if the slab is not the one for your room.
Can the vanity be cut out for my sink and faucet?
Yes. Because each vanity is built after you order, we drill cutouts to your specified basin and faucet before finishing. Send the fixture spec sheets with your order and a plumber completes the hookup with standard US fittings.
